FREE Song Friday for June 24th, 2011 – Make U Love Me feat. Marcos, Reflecshuan & Juan Alvarez

24 Jun

Hey everyone,

This one is a favorite.  We did this song a few years back when Blackout was in a real interesting place.  We had just finished Juan Alvarez’s album and began to consider a move to Denver from Pueblo.  This was actually the last song we did with Juan before he moved back to Mexico.  We both came up with the hook and then I did the verses.  After adding Reflecshaun to the track it felt solid.  I love songs that include the “Revolution” Blackout artists and this was the last one we were able to do with Juan.  Hopefully one day we can do more music with Juan but until then we have FREE Song Fridays.
